About Sazleen Khan
Nearly everyone I talk to has had some Fijian experience - whether they have visited the Island, heard about Fiji and it’s people or enjoyed some scrumptious Fijian cuisine like fish in lolo (fish in coconut milk) or lovo (hangi).
We are known for our warm welcomes, easy going, fun loving personalities and our traditional Kava.
Not only do I bring to the table all of these grounded characteristics to you when we meet and do business together but I also bring a strong work ethic - I arrived in NZ in 2011 where I “got to know the locals” - I worked on orchards picking kiwifruit, did some commercial cleaning and housekeeping and then dabbled into learning how to assemble blinds. I worked hard towards completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis majoring in Accounting while looking after our senior citizens while working as a healthcare assistant and also worked as a Tutor.
I have always been fascinated by people, languages, culture and cuisine and I don’t think there is any better way to experience them all in one place than Real Estate. I have lived in Tauranga for the past 11 years and absolutely love the lifestyle and living in the Bay. You will often find me on the sidelines at Fergusson Park cheering my son and his team on in their soccer game or just going for a bike ride with my family. There are so many things to do in the Matua area from kayaking, kite surfing, enjoying all the activities involving water as well as local community offerings - bowls, tennis, cricket, swimming pool, etc. I know the area well so the decision to market myself in the Matua is a natural one - if you are thinking of selling or just want an informal chat about the market and what I can do to help in the current market, I would welcome a call.
